TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All items are Pre-Order Stocks. (The Contact Lens and Branded Boutique items)
2. Just for SERIOUS BUYER only TIMEWASTERS will be blacklisted
3. Pre-Order means NOT READY STOCK !
4. ETA just a estimate sometimes may delay due to many reasons. Those who not able to wait, please do not make your order to avoid any conflict and arguments. 
5. Price are NOT negotiable *unless stated otherwise*
6. Prices are subject to changed without prior notice. We reserve the right to change the price if necessary, depending on situations that are unavoidable such as custom taxes, foreign exchange etc.
7. The price and availability of every item may varies from time to time, please email to confirm before purchase.
8. The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock; a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to customer.
9. Items are not included accessories *unless stated otherwise*
10. To confirm your order(s), 100% payment has to be made - apply to Contact Lens
11. 50% to 70% deposit is required upon ordering, stock is subject to supplier availability - apply to Branded Boutique items.
12. Deposit is not refundable within the stock pending period, but if order is out of stock, 100% payment will be REFUNDED !
13. After payments, pre-order cannot be cancelled. PLEASE CONSIDER CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING !
14. Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment within 3 business day (do check your email for CONFIRMATION ORDER !)
15. Colors, design may be different slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography.
16. We do not accept by the color does not like, chromatic aberration, goods are dissimilar with attractiveness as your imagination, too big or too small, off-thread, the ordered size does not match you and so on.
17. All pre-order items purchased are NON REFUNDABLE and/or NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
18. Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 5 weeks or more from the date line for items to be delivered - apply to Branded Boutique items.
19. There might be some delay in shipping due to Malaysia's custom clearance, so please be patient.
20. For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, we advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
21. We are not RESPONSIBLE for any delays due to shipment from US or EU - apply to Branded Boutique items.
22. We will NOT be held responsible for any 'accidents' / lost / damage during delivery.
23. The client purchases all merchandise at his/her own risk and Hernyzar Helmizan Inc. will not be held responsible for any shortcomings, faults or misapprehension of merchandise sold here.
24. We have the right to change the terms and conditions without further notification !
25. All sales are final and all buyers agree to the terms of sales when making a purchase from Hernyzar Helmizan Inc.
26. You must be aware, read and agree with our disclaimer and our terms & conditions before you order any merchandise from us and thus you RELEASE Hernyzar Helmizan Inc. FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES regarding quality / Authorized Trade Mark / refunds / exchanges.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY METHOD

Every product carries different shipping charges based on the weight and box dimensions. You can choose to use Pos Malaysia or Pos Laju. Therefore, charges will be shown in the final statement or invoice. We are not responsible for any delays or damages done by the carrier. 

IMPORTANT!

• Shipping and billing addresses must be valid addresses. Shipping is not available to P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
• Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card / utilities bill is sent to avoid the returned of unclaimed parcel.
• For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates. The shipping charges will be shown in the final statement or invoice.
